Refund and Returns Policy

At micoliv, customer satisfaction is our outmost priority. We seek to satisfy you in the best way we could. Below are few policies that could help us serve you better.

  1. No cancellation of order. If you have any issues, contact Customer Support within 2 days of receiving your products.
  2. Exchanges are allowed. Customers cover the cost of their return shipping. Return address will be sent immediately a return is approved.  All items sent should have a valid tracking number. Customers must return items for exchange within 5 business days. Exchange will be issued out within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  3. Refund is possible if customers meet the requirements below.
    • You must have a valid reason for a return.
    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • To start a return, you can contact us at support@micoliv.com. Please make sure to include a phone number to contact you. Preferably a WhatsApp number. If your return is accepted, your item should be shipped back with tracking number to the return address that will be provided.
    • All items sent should have a valid tracking number.
    • Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. 
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Please note: 20% of the product cost will be charged for expense incurred by the company.
    • Customers must return items for refund within 5 business days. Refund will be made within 14 business days of receiving the item. (Updated Oct 22 2022)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, items you bought on sale or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

* Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in your possession, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
